Digital Marketing Intern At Age of Learning

Location: Glendale, California

Job Description

Overview

Age of Learning offers a purposeful part-time summer internship program to undergraduate and graduate students. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects under the guidance of an Age of Learning mentor, who is a subject matter expert in your specific area of interest. You will also gain valuable hands-on experience in your field of study while contributing to our mission to bring learning to life for children around the world.

If you’re eager to use your talents and creativity to help young learners build a strong foundation for academic success, contribute 20-25 hours per week between the months of May and August, have a minimum GPA 3.0, and meet the additional qualifications below, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration!

Summary

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will join an existing team of marketers that work to ignite the passion for our products across PC and mobile platforms. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our in-house creative team, as well as partner with our media and production teams, in order to support our efforts in determining marketing solutions that deeply resonate with our audience through our various digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating marketing plans that highlight the best our products have to offer by showcasing our product’s differentiation, and unique benefits, in a crowded marketplace.
  • Work with Public Relations, Community, Media, Business Intelligence and Creative Services to ensure consistent messaging and timely marketing plan execution.
  • Utilize numerous internal tools to keep digital marketing plans moving forward according to schedule.
  • Partner with our Media Analysts to measure and report against KPIs and other key metrics.
  • Oversee a good amount of administrative documentation including, but not limited to, writing and presenting planning documents.

Qualifications:

  • Currently, or recently, involved in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Associate’s degree program, preferably focused on Marketing, Econ or a related field of study.
  • Passion for digital advertising and social media.
  • Strong analysis, communication, and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience managing, or leading, marketing related projects a plus.
  • Students must be available 20-25 hours per week during the entire duration of the program.
