Associate Project Manager, Digital Marketing At Age of Learning

Summary

Responsible for creating and maintaining the marketing calendar, as well as managing the digital marketing group’s related activities. Manage assets, group Wiki and cross-company communication. Manages projects and budgets ensuring consistent and clear communication of needs and priorities. The Associate Project Manager reports to the Senior Vice President, Growth.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management–
    • Assist team members with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested
    • Track publishing tasks by keeping abreast of asset needs, changes, and their timely delivery. Noting any risks to the schedule. Provide regular updates as needed
    • Set up tracking systems for marketing campaigns, budgets, and online activities
    • Coordinate asset versions and submissions across multiple platforms and regions
    • Provide hands-on support for product release and deployment
    • Build and create process to maintain release level documentation in a well-organized and easy-to-access set of procedures and technologies
    • Support and coordinate the onboarding of new partners and platforms
    • Coordinate and facilitate tracking codes and other means as indicated
    • Supporting the various group collateral needs by coordinating and collating content
  • Communication–
    • Manage the digital marketing calendar and ensure all parties are completing projects and tasks on a timely basis, including competitive releases, shows, holidays, etc. Run the weekly calendar review meetings
    • Coordinate communication and key dates between various production, product development, marketing, and partner groups
    • Manage notes, action items, and distribution of managed meetings
    • Coordinate flow of information, communication, and disseminate it according to plan/strategy
    • Produce and distribute the marketing production update at the end of each week
    • Assist in the documentation and communication of portfolio-wide programs (e.g. Black Friday, Holiday, Spring, Summer promotions)
  • Portal Management–
    • Support social media portal content backend and account management
    • Maintain publishing wiki and knowledge base
    • Support back-end services, tools, and platforms
  • Community Support–
    • Organizing the production and distribution of branded items
    • Act as a back-up to community organization tasks and needs
    • Support influencer program tasks and needs

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrates characteristics to work respectfully with all levels of employees, as well as internal and external customers and vendors, to achieve mutual goals
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and positive under pressure, and meet tight deadlines at all times
  • Ability to effectively work with managers and employees at all levels and continue to develop and maintain a positive relationship and productive culture
  • Must have excellent attention to detail, use good judgment, have prioritization skills, and be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency of MS Office programs to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with copy accuracy
  • Demonstrated initiative, organization, multitasking, and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of Confluence and JIRA is a plus
  • Must display a friendly, courteous, outgoing personality, and helpful attitude toward the managers, employees, and the public

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing or production management
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or previous experience in a similar marketing role
