We recently acquired a 20 year old Marketing & Promotional Products company and sells all types of sports and corporate Apparel and Promotional Products with decorations and Custom logo printed. Our Client base could be any industry who wants custom logo printed Apparel for their employees or giveaways. We are open for Sales Professionals who has connections with Corporates to sell our custom printed promotions and marketing related merchandise and bring repetitive Business but this particular position is focused on selling merchandise to School districts in West and Southwest Chicago School districts, middle schools and high schools. We are looking for sales experts who has good connections with Schools staff and sports coaches such as Basketball Coaches. This job is ideal for retired School staff but open for any Sales experts.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is required.
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.
Generating new leads.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Understanding and promoting company programs.
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote our products and services.
Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
Work closely with back office on Order processing and be accountable from Order taking to delivering the Products to Payment receipt.
Maintain Customer satisfaction at highest level possible
Work closely with Customers on making artwork for pressing or embroidery and ensure proper Proof reading was made and approved by Customers
Be proactive on Orders due dates and ensure we deliver every Order on time with 100% accuracy on quantity and quality.
Be proactive and communicate with Customers on Order statuses and address any Customer concerns on Products timing or quantity or quality
Answer Customer phone calls when at Office and support Customer facing activities
Sales Representative Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
100% Commission based but can negotiate fixed monthly payment like we do for other current Sales agents and true up end of every quarter
