Strategic Account Manager
Location: San Francisco, CA
Leading and driving strategic, value-first discussions, showcasing your strong understanding of sales methodologies and sales processes with C-level stakeholders, and other key influences in our customer’s Go-To-Market Org to influence and drive change by demonstrating how Chorus can have a transformational impact on their business.
Ownership of a Quota to be fueled by expansion through strategic customer growth through new teams, as well as creating new consultative subscription offerings that permeate an Org, to maximize the value we deliver to our customers and to create Chorus evangelists.
Responsibilities:

Being our customers trusted advisor, by being the subject-matter expert on sales methodologies, process, and adoption. You’ll quickly become our Chorus evangelist and category thought-leader.

Impeccable presentation skills, with the presence and gravitas to be able to command a room of 20 to 200 people

Leveraging your strategic value based sales methodology to manage and close organization-wide license agreements within our portfolio of accounts to further expand our footprint.

Nurturing and expanding your network within each account to further enhance our customer relationships

Managing and qualifying multiple opportunities through the expansion process to a successful close, in order to meet/exceed your quarterly and annual sales quota

Maintain accurate customer and sales forecasting in our CRM

Becoming an evangelist and thought leader for the category, deeply understanding industry trends, product innovations and the sales enablement / productivity ecosystem

Traveling to customer sites across your territory to support your expansion efforts
Qualifications:
-
Experienced. You have extensive experience of successfully selling Software/SaaS solutions into mid-market/enterprise accounts across a variety of industries, and are prolific networker across multiple lines of business within your accounts (consulting experience preferred)

Domain Experience with business applications, analytics, data, databases, predictive modeling, business intelligence would be highly desirable, but not essential. Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) or equivalent

Performer. You have consistently achieved and/or exceeded your sales goals across your geographic territory.
