HDMS is seeking an Clinical Consultant to join our Customer Experience Team. The Clinical Consultant is responsible for helping clients and prospects use DART analytics for underwriting, stop loss reporting and risk analysis. HDMS is seeking a Clinical Consultant to join our Customer Experience Team. The Clinical Consultant is responsible for helping clients and prospects use DART analytics for value-based contracting, population health management and outcomes reporting.
Become an expert at using DART to support population health management, value based contracting, outcomes reporting and other applications such as provider reporting and evaluation of care management interventions. Be a member of HDMSs Thought Leadership team by serving on HDMSs speakers bureau, and preparing white papers and case studies. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert during Pilots and Proof of Concepts with HDMS prospects. Advise HDMS customers and members of the Customer Experience Team on the use of DART to support population health strategies, value based contracting, outcomes reporting and care management program evaluation. Expand HDMS capabilities by recommending new analytic pathways, standard reports, methodologies for the HDMS Product Roadmap, Participate in sales activities by participating in meetings and/or responding to prospect questions. Stay current on trends in marketplace and the competition and its impact on HDMS competitive position. Identify opportunities for HDMS to partner with third parties to benefit our clients
- 5+ years of experience in population health and outcomes measures either at a health plan, large employer, consulting firm or provider of population health and/or disease management programs.
- Clinical education/experience. Experience in marketing and/or sales.
* Interest and/or experience in giving presentations at conferences as well as preparing content for marketing materials. * A passion for teamwork, customer service and solving business problems.
- Ability to travel up to 10-20% of the time.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
