Responsible for facilitating and driving the strategic development of Individual Medicare Advantage Northeast region plans.
Candidates residing in the northeast are strongly preferred.
Specifically, this position is accountable for Individual Medicare Advantage product development and strategy for the Northeast market. The individual must be able to identify, research and review large amounts of competitive, market and financial and benefit datasets and use information to drive and develop strategy. Utilizing excellent relationship management skills, the position will be responsible for achieving market-level General Manager and Director of Operations' approval on strategic direction in support of a compliant, marketable, sustainable and profitable product approach that aligns with the local Medicare Advantage portfolio. Ideal candidate will be comfortable presenting and defending strategic direction to various individuals within the Aetna organization, including senior-level executives.
6+ years of related industry experience. Medicare product experience is required.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
