Accountable for driving and achieving company defined distribution channel sales goals and objectives. Responsible for the execution of market strategy impacting the recruitment, onboarding, engagement, production, and compliance adherence of assigned independent agent base. Alameda county based.
Aetna Medicare offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of our new Medicare product launch . Position is a work at home in Santa Clara area. Candidate must live in Alameda county. Bi-lingual applicants encouraged to apply. Looking for dynamic presenters who have experience working with the Medicare broker and provider community. Community development in the Senior community a plus. Must be a self-starter with a successful track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals. Key job functions include: - Recruit, hire and train Medicare brokers - Work closely with Broker agencies to promote the Aetna products, engage brokers and meet sales objectives - Interact with Providers as needed - Identify community events to drive brand awareness and sales.
Minimum 5 years sales and/or broker sales experience required.
Sales management experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Ability to use standard corporate software packages and corporate applications.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
