We really are available to talk to our customers. Our call center is open daily from 7am to 10pm. We continue to be the leader in the appliance industry in Quebec and are looking for superstars to join our evolving customer experience center.
A Day In The Life Of:
Our superstars take customer experience very seriously. We're looking to offer our customers so many ways to reach us, be it by phone, email or chat. We're like that cool grandpa that's mastered selfies and smartphones!
If a ringing phone is not your thing, we understand, but this is not for you! While our phones don't ring off the hook, we strive to always answer them quickly. Our callers don't wait tirelessly on hold listening to some awful music, we actually answer.
Sometimes our customers just need a hand on how to use their appliances. Afterall overcooked chicken is really not that yummy. Don't worry, you don't need to give out grandma's secret recipe, but just offer assistance. You'll see, we have lots fun, but sometimes customers express themselves loudly, so we need someone that has thick skin and stays focused on finding a solution.
We have regular team huddles, where your opinion is not only welcome but expected. The only way we can get better is with input from the front-line (that's you!). Many challenges and ideas coming from these huddles allowed us to be who we are today.

We follow-up with customers regularly to keep them up to date on their requests and we even call them just to check in and make sure their happy. Happy customers are always a good thing!

Nothing to do with math, but rather you own up to your work, decisions and those occasional mistakes (yes, we forgive mistakes, that only shows you're trying)

We offer a great starting salary ($18/hour) with great benefits including group insurance and group pension, We are easily accessible by car and public transit and offer modern offices. We also offer sick days and personal days as well as employee discounts!

3 Month probationary period
Eligibility for benefits after successful completion of probationary period
2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year of service.
