AECOM's Edmonton office is actively seeking a creative, highly motivated Entry Level Landscape Designer for immediate employment in our Markham, ON office. You will support senior staff on a variety of landscape projects, from small pocket parks to large city shaping infrastructure projects. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
+ Prepare design documents, conceptual and schematic designs, design development details, for a wide variety of public and private sector projects
+ Assist team and project managers by developing good working relationships with clients during the delivery of projects.
+ Ability to integrate seamlessly with your team and other teams across multiple business areas and locations.
+ Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Sketchup.
+ Proficiency with hand drawing is beneficial.
+ Demonstrated experience in the development of fees and scope of services associated with landscape architecture services.
+ Ability to effectively manage time and self-edit work.
+ BA/BS + None or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
+ Bachelor's degree from a CSLA (or similar outside of Canada) accredited program in Landscape Architecture.
+ Associate membership of the AALA would be an asset.
