What You Will Do:
The Consumer Experience Support/Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and assisting the implementation and maintenance of Advocate Aurora Health’s consumer-facing digital platforms, portal, virtual health and mhealth. This role will work closely with the consumer experience leader to support and coordinate projects and tasks that contribute to the goals and success of Advoate Aurora’s digital consumer experience strategies and products. This role will collaborate with other members of the digital experience team, public affairs and marketing and other members of Advocate Aurora team members.
