Outbound Sales Representative At 2Ship Solutions

Location: Vaughan, Ontario

Job Description

2Ship Solutions is located in Vaughan and is currently looking for a Outbound Sales Representative to add to our growing team. We are a Saas Web based multicarrier shipping and eCom Platform used worldwide. Our calling is to make shipping the easiest part of our customer's day.

The Opportunity

If you are an effective communicator, driven and passionate team player and result driven sales person, we have the prefect job for you! We are searching for Outbound Sales to join our fun, fast-paced, growing team and take on full responsibility for converting sales leads into customers and hunt for new customers

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong communication skills in English and some French is a bonus, written also a bonus
  • Enjoy being at the cusp of new technologies especially the world of SaaS and how it’s changing the business world
  • Logistics/shipping/eCommerce experience is an asset but not necessary
  • Experience presenting and giving demonstrations for software or Saas based platforms is an asset
  • Superior analytical and problem solving skills
  • A friendly attitude, a team player and a quick learner is essential
  • Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in for presentations, CRM, excellent written communications, market research, product marketing
  • Understanding and working knowledge of social media and content distribution.
  • Intermediate-Advanced working knowledge for the Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), presentation software Prezi presentations, sreenshare platforms, project management platform like Asana would be a bonus
  • Proven basic experience with demonstrable results across the entire spectrum of online and onsite presentations to customers

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email
  • Market Research to develop warm leads
  • Vet lead list for warm and cold leads
  • Manage inbound leads through their buying journey and convert to a closed deal
  • Clearly identify customer’s challenges and accurately present how we can help solve their problems with our solutions
  • Identify prospects that fit the target buyer persona
  • Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects
  • Up sell additional products as need arises
  • Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects
  • Report bi-weekly sales goals and objectives to the Director of Sales/Marketing
  • Strategizing and managing for exponential growth and market share.
  • Any other duties as required

Outbound Sales requirements and qualifications

  • Previous working experience as an Outbound Sales for 2 years
  • BA degree in Marketing, Finance or similar relevant field but not necessary
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Networking aptitude
  • Fearless attitude and a hunter mentality
