Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize all Child Care Fund (CCF) and Child Care Corporation (CCC) technology projects and analysis of business operations; serve as the Project Manager for the Information Technology (IT) department and related divisions
Create and oversee project plans, timelines, supporting documents and reports for the CCF/CCC Program Operations division, Program Development division, National Benefit Youth Services and Executive Leadership
Conduct requirements meetings with staff regarding the needs for new technology, the enhancements of existing technology, advances in policies, procedures and business rules that are to be integrated into the appropriate system or developed as reports
Compose requirements to develop and enhance CCF and CCC’s online offerings to members through their 1199 member’s portal account
Compose ETLs for new report requests from SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), QlikView BI, and ViTech (V3)
Facilitate the development of user guides and system training materials prepared by Business Analysts and staff on CCF/CCC systems
Oversee annual system preparation procedures in KIDS system for event milestones including the Benefits registration and Distribution seasons
Work with Director of Programs and other stakeholders to create distribution timeline and ensure that all workflow and technical needs are set prior to actual distribution process
Assist with data collection, review and reporting in preparation for monthly benefit budget tracking meetings
Troubleshoot eligibility and data issues in the KIDS system based upon knowledge of the detailed CCF workflows, recommendations and implement required corrections
Coordinate data synchronization between KIDS system and V3 and provide reports
Facilitate the ongoing tracking of member, service provider, and benefit utilization trends and issues
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management
Must meet performance standards including attendance and punctuality
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Computer Science or equivalent years of work experience required
Minimum five (5) years of experience in a Senior Business Analyst role working in a health care environment or training in systems/IT required, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training required
Minimum two (2) years of experience in T-SQL required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure and independently
Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends
